Placing Generated HTML from CaliberDefineIT does not render on IIS web server 6.0

The generated HTML pages from Caliber DefineIT are not rendered
correctly in IIS 6.0 server. When the HTML pages are
viewed directly by opening index.html in a
browser, all the components are displayed as expected.
But, when viewed through IIS 6.0 server, the
left navigation tree does not appear.
This problem does not occur when the HTML pages are rendered
through IIS server 5.1. The reason for this is that IIS
server 6.0 does not serve all MIME types by default, unlike the
