Why does the importing of LDAP users into Caliber fail?
The import can fail if there are deleted users in the Caliber
database. In order to correct this the deleted user(s) need to be

viable backup is available.
Open the Caliber Administrator and check to see if the user has
been recovered successfully. This should allow you to import the
LDAP users successfully.
