Why do I receive the error message "No available license" when trying to login using a CaliberRM named license for the Borland License Server?
The above error message usually means that you have not included
the named user trying to login within userlist.txt. You may also
findï¿½the CaliberRM server log reports the error:
?9 ERROR BLS checkout returned an error code=9 context=2? as well
as an error similar to:
[status-0:info] failure 100-hbt9 1-nmd @ 0100_11_212001_00(0)0(0)0(9)2
To resolve this add the user to userlist.txt. (The format for
adding a user is described in the readme.txt packaged with your
slip files which you download during the hosting process). Then
refresh the Borland License Server by navigating to
\Borland\BLS4\bin folder and running the command: cmd
