Why do I receive the error message "No available license" when trying to login using a CaliberRM license for the Borland License Server?
You may also notice the following in the CalberRM server log ?9
ERROR BLS checkout returned an error code=8 context=2? as well as
something similar to the following in the BLS log:
[status-2:info] failure 100-hbt 8 1-nmd @ 0 100_11_2
12001_0 0(0) 0(0) 0(8) 2
These errors usually mean that the machine you are trying to
connect to the Borland License Server with does not fall within the
IP range specified within iplist.txt found at the following
directory \Borland\BLS4\conf on the Borland License Server machine.
Modify the entry so that the IP range is correct for the connecting
machine. By setting the IP range to *.*.*.* this will allow any IP
address. Then refresh the Borland License Server by opening a
command prompt and navigating to \Borland\BLS4\conf folder and
running the command: cmd reload.
