Why do I receive a CaliberRM password expired message despite using LDAP authentication?
This can occur for users that were originally authenticated using
CaliberRM authentication. To resolve this problem, open the
CaliberRM adminstrator and please try the following:

If you have mulitple people experiencing this problem, you will
find it quicker to use the following IVQL statement. It achieves
the same result as the above steps, but allows you to do this for
as many people as necessary in one go.
The statement is as follows:
UPDATE User_v300_p SET password_never_expires = 1 WHERE
id_number > 0 AND force_caliber_authentication = 0
If you do not have the IVQL, please contact Support and we will
be able to provide it to you.
