Why do I receive the error, "E7104: UT_ER_NO_DBID" when trying to restore a CaliberRM backup?
This error can be thrown if the following file has been removed or
deleted from the CaliberRM server installation.
To resolve the problem, run the command "dbid -n"
(This will create a new osc-dbid).
If the error persists then please raise a new case with Borland
