How does one Verify that the column width is set to a value between 2 set values?

Using GetRect to get each column width, place this into a statement where if the value falls in between a high and low value then it will pass, using the width component of the Rect datatype.

This code will go through each column getting the width of each and and printing something dependent upon the width of the column.
