How can I see which Windows updates have been installed on my system?

The attached freeware utility provided by (Nir Sofer: http://www.nirsoft.net) lists all currently install windows updates and hotfixes on the following operating systems:

Windows 98
Windows ME
Windows 2000
Windows XP

This is particularly useful for trouble shooting issues where a single machine may be problematic.
