When trying to Configure Applications in 'SilkTest', a user may receive the following error:
 
 
To resolve the issue, please see the step below:-
 
1) Restart the system

2) Make sure the Open Agent and the application (e.g. Internet Explorer) are not running (automatically).

3) Go to %TEMP%/boost_interprocess and delete the two files in there.  To do so, go to Start -> Run and enter the following:

%TEMP%/boost_interprocess

4) Start the Open Agent using the '-clean' suffix (once).  To do so, go to Start -> Run and enter the following:
32 bit OS:
C:\Program Files\Silk\Silktest\ng\agent\openAgent.exe -clean
64bit OS:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silktest\ng\agent\openAgent.exe -clean
