This is a known problem that will be resolved with a future release of SilkTest Workbench. The workround is to use TypeKeys to send the Application command - the Application key is the one immediately to the left of the righthand ctrl key. It acts only on the last selected node so there is no need to calculate offsets etc.  The following example will trigger the context menu for 'Search for a Contact'.

  With _desktop.Window("window")
   .Tree("tree").Expand("/Address Book")
   .Tree("tree").Expand("/Address Book/2. User Requirements (USER)")
   .Tree("tree").Select("/Address Book/2. User Requirements (USER)/Search for a Contact")
  End With
  With _desktop.Window("window4")
   .Tree.TypeKeys("")
   .MenuItem("findInTree").Select()
  End With
