File Permissions issue with Acuserver 8.13 on Window 2022 Server

My customer is upgrading from Windows Server 2008 R2 to 2022. I have Acusever 8.13 installed and running on the new server.

I'm getting the 37, 07 errors when trying to log into my AcucobolGT application which states that file permissions are not allowing

access to the data files.

The user does have Full Control of the folder and the configuration of network users and folders is identical to the previous

server configuration.

Does anyone know if file permissions work differently in Server 2022 or if additional Security/Permission configuration is needed?

Thanks.

AcuCOBOL-GT extend 10.5.0 is the first version that will be certified for Windows Server 2022. 10.5.0 is due out later this year.

I know for sure customers have had many strange issues when trying to run an old unsupported version of Acu on a new Windows version like server 2016/2019 and Windows 10.

You should try the latest version available 10.4.1 and see if it resolves the issue.

Thanks Martin. Will they have to upgrade the GT runtime as well?
