Acu4GL support for DATE in SQL Server 2012

Problem:

Prior to version 9.2.0 the DATE data type was not supported by the Acu4GL for MSSQL interface. This was due to the fact that the Acu4GL interface used the older "SQL Server" ODBC driver which does not support DATE. In version 9.2.0 the Acu4GL interface was enhanced to add the ability to configure the odbc driver it uses. This is accomplished by setting the A_MSSQL_ODBC_DRIVER_NAME configuration variable.

The documentation says to set A_MSSQL_ODBC_DRIVER_NAME to "SQL Server Native Client 10.0" which will support the DATE type. However when running against SQL Server 2012 this produces an error when attempting the initial connection:

[1] IM002 27 - Data source name not found and no default driver specified

Resolution:

The Documentation was incomplete. The "SQL Server Native Client 10.0" driver can be used with SQL Server 2008, but for SQL Server 2012 you must use the "SQL Server Native Client 11.0" driver. Configuring accordingly will enable the connection to succeed with DATE support.
