Service Error: 5 when trying to start Acurcl

Problem

On the Windows platform when trying to start Acurcl ( acurcl -start ) from the Windows Command Processor you get an error :  Service Error: 5

Resolution

The problem is caused as the Windows Command Processor should be run as administrator.

Right click on the DOS Windows Command Processor and click; 'Run as Administrator' this will resolve the issue.
