Problem:

AcuThin 9.0.0 installer "atcinst.exe" may not work on Windows 7 32-bit.  The returned error is:

"The program can't start because wcvt32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Resolution:

Use the acuthin.msi installer, instead. It is downloadable from the SupportLine web site, Micro Focus Product Updates section, Extend 9.0.0, 900acuthin.zip. A login/password is needed.
