Does somebody have customized ChangeMan P instances in Parallel SYSPLEX for Disaster/Recovery issues?

Hi,
does somebody know if the LBO option can be used to handle two "P" Changeman instances on two different Lpar, using the same Subsystem Id ?
We call this kind of z/OS architecture "active/active", were at least one of the two Lpar is always running, in case of disaster/recovery.
In normal condition the two Lpar work togheter and share all the resources but I can't figure out how ChangeMan support this kind of architecture...
