Has anyone been able to successfully setup and execute Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines using ZMF Web Services?

My organization is moving off Jenkins in favor of ADO. We are having some issues setting up the Subscribers to execute a pipeline in ADO. Would appreciate any direction.
