Support Tip: Handling ChangeMan ZMF SYSMDUMP files

Several years ago, we switched the shipped ChangeMan ZMF Server started task JCL to create unformatted, machine-readable dumps (SYSMDUMPs) rather than formatted dumps (SYSUDUMPs). We still occasionally get questions from customers on how they should handle these files if/when they are required to send them into us for assessment. If you are uncertain on what to do with such files, please refer to this blog.
