Knowledge Doc: Unable to create a new workspace in EA on a compressed volume

When attempting to create a new workspace, an error is encountered stating the user is attempting to install a workspace on a compressed volume.

The file "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL12.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\DATA\C__MFDemo_ttt.mdf" is compressed 
but does not reside in a read-only database or filegroup. The file must be decompressed.
CREATE DATABASE failed. Some file names listed could not be created.
