Error while installing the trail version of Enterprise analyzer

I am trying to install trail version of analyzer but facing the error " Tom Sawyer software \10.0.0\tsx15service100udep32.ocx failed to register. Hresult-2147024770"

Could any one please help me out.

    Hi, could you please give some additional information?  What version are you trying to install?  When do you get the error?  Are you installing using the .exe as an administrator?  What operating system are you using?  Where did you get the trial version?

    You may want to raise a case with Micro Focus product support for this.  That will make sure you get timely communications and proper support.
