Single Signon HPE 380 system

I have the single signon completed and working for OneView but when I try to setup the single signon in VCenter I get the following error message.

Idm client exception: Error trying to join AD, error code [9560]

This error seems to be generated by the hpe-hc-mgmt integration in VSphere.
