Any patches needed for PC 12.63 after manual install of NV 12.60

Are there any additional patches needed after manual install of NV from 12.60 NV4PCSetup.exe in Additional Components folder for PC 12.63 Web server and others?  Do I need to re-run the PC 12.63 patch installers?
