Lost printer sessions config

I have a user whos printer session config somehow was lost. I am trying to setup a new session but I get "Template not found" error. If I try to use settings, the program locks up and I have to use Task Manager to kill the program. I have not been able to find a solution. Extra! X-tream

    Cory Larsen,

The message "Template not found"  means the 3270 template file could not be accessed by the user.  This means that either the template file is missing from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Micro Focus\Extra!\Sessions\ENU\Template" (not likely because the application would auto repair) or there is an file access rights issue for the user that is trying to create a new session.  That is, they do not have proper rights to access the directory listed above on that machine.

    Regards,

    Jeff
