MSS-Reflection for the Web Enterprise

Im a Reflection for the Web user, i currently have MSS installed on the VM but the service keeps on stopping, its not running as it should. Also i wanted to configure the LDAP for the AD I keep on getting the error (LDAP configuration incorrect), The MSS is running on a separate network as AD. Is it possible to achieve that or everything should be on the same network to achieve this?

Seneme,  if the MSS service is shutting down after you start it up, normally you will see errors in log files.  I would imagine something serious is wrong for a new install to stop the service immediately.  Something like other programs already using a port you need, bad keystores for TLS or insufficient memory / CPU cores.

Are there any exceptions showing up in the mss\server\logs\container.log or servletengine0.log ?

Hi Rick, i have increased the memory to 8gb and the CPU's as well to 4cpu's. For the port (client opened all the ports) or it could be that there is a program that uses the same port as MSS.
