Hello,

I am having an issue with an instance of Reflection recently installed on a laptop as a cash register for my company. I have checked and double-checked that my keyboard is mapped correctly and that the Fn keys are otherwise turned off on my system, but the F2 key seems to input both "F2" and the return key simultaneously. This doesn't occur every time, but the machine goes through periods where it does this constantly and then (mostly) stops and begins to function correctly again. Here are a few solutions I have already tried:

• Switching from the laptop keyboard to an external USB keyboard
• Closing and reopening reflection
• Comparing my keyboard mapping to a machine that does not have the same issue and verifying they are identical

Has anyone run into an issue similar to this? Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
