Rumba Error Message

I have been receiving the error message "Unknown Rumba Screen Failure". Has anyone received this error message before? Any workarounds/fix?

It sounds like Rumba is imbedded in an application. More information would be needed to understand the problem.

If this issue has yet to be resolved, you might want to open a case with Micro Focus Technical Support.
