Reflection Screen Frozen on Virtual Desktop Machine

Hi,

I have Reflection version 16.2.839.0 installed on my virtual machine.  My Reflection screen randomly freezes at times while using the application.  I did not experience this issue before when I was using Reflection on my work laptop (before converting to use virtual machine).  My virtual machine is using Windows 10, it has 12 GB Ram and 2.0 GHz Processor.  Only a few users are experiencing the same issue I'm having.  I am thinking it could be the virtual machine but I haven't been unable to confirm that yet.  Any idea what could be causing the issue?

    Hi,

    This can have many reasons. The best option is to open a case (ticket) on our support portal and let a Support Technician help you with investigating and troubleshooting this issue. In that context of a case you could also ask for the latest hotfix for Reflection 16.2.
