Hi Maheshkumar Vijayakumar,
What kind of protocol are you using to access your Mainframe ? I'm confused about your description that you have a Unix terminal to access your Mainframe.
Can you please verify if you are using the Mainframe Display in Rumba to connect to a Mainframe (3270) ?
Please share the exact Version number , you find it under help -> about . (e.g Version 10.1 DECO 721143) ?
What operating system is Rumba installed ? Or is this a Terminal Server / VDI environment.
It would accelerate the process if you open a case with the support team and share the RUMBA Profile with them.
I have tested with Rumba Version 10.1 DECO 721143 under Windows 10 and I can print the screen without problem.
best regards
