Reflection for the Web Enterprise Edition (12.30.30.110) move to new server

Hi,

We are about to replace a server but discovered that we are running Reflection for the Web  on it.
The server is to be replaced before end of year but the system it's catering for is not to be replaced until end of 2023.

Our problem now is that the company that seem to have helped us installed this some years ago is no longer around, we cannot find any installation files and no one knows the admin password(s).

After digging through old e-mail we found that we had VPA 110886 under our former name Berendsen Sourcing but no one within the company knows if this is still valid.

Is there any way of moving this installation to a new server or are we forced to buy a new version of the software in order to keep the service running until the end of next year?

Any suggestions are appreciated?

    Hello Hans,

It does appear that Berendsen Sourcing Ab has a current maintenance agreement for Reflection for the Web, so you should be able to open up a support ticket and get assistance.  You should also be able to login to our support portal and download the most current version.

    Thank you!

Hi and thank you for your rapid respons Barbara,

unfortunately no one at the company seem to be able to logon to create a case. I suspect that the accounts must have been old @berendsensourcing.com but the company has since then been merged with and is now using @elis.com.

Would you be able to see and reveal what account is set as delegated administrator account please?

I am so very sorry for the late reply Hans, I was out on vacation all last week.  It looks like our support team has reached out to you to get the download you need, but please let me know if I can be of any other service.  Again, I apologize for the delayed response.
