Reflection License Server And Client

Hi,

Appreciate help to clarify reflection software license requirement for Windows server hosting managed file transfer service which licensed with Reflection Secure IT Server for Windows. If the server also need to act as client to another managed file transfer, do we needs to purchase Reflection Secure IT Client for Windows?
