Knowledge Doc: Using SNA Server or HIS client connectivity does not process Host Reset command after session inactivity

This technical article describes an issue which can occur when a Rumba session is connected using the Microsoft SNA Server or Host Integration Server (HIS) connection method. If the Rumba host session has been open and inactive for period of time, depending on the host system, a message can appear at the bottom left of the display indicating "System Lock Reset".
