Knowledge Doc: Reflection VT session (r2win.exe) fails with the message "Ordinal not found"

Custom install packages installed a copy of Reflection for Unix and Open VMS 14.1.5 and at a later time Reflection for IBM 14.1.1 onto the same machine.  When Reflection for Unix and Open VMS was run (r2win.exe), it displayed an error that the Ordinal was not found and exited.
