This is a known issue when using old Model 1 licenses with Server for COBOL. The solution is to contact sales and have them convert the Model 1 licenses to Model 2 licenses. You should be able to see what Model they are by starting Apptrack and looking at the license database.

I suppose that the change from license model 1 to model 2, without having maintenance of the Server for Cobol license, will not be free, and MF will probably require the payment of a new license. Is it true?
When running apptrack, it does not ask for license type 1 or 2, I indicate the one provided with the license and it appears as type "Named User".

I believe that means it is a Model 2 but I am not sure. If you know your full serial number and license code for this license please email it to me at chris.glazier@microfocus.com and I will decode the license so we can be sure.
