Product: Xtradyne I-DBC
The user’s certificate is trusted and valid but the DBC failed to recognize a client’s SSL certificate.
This happens when the user is unknown to the DBC.
Start the Admin Console, go to the “Security Policy – Users” panel and check that the user is included in the list. For further details please see the "IIOP Domain Boundary Controller Administrator's Guide", chapter "Security Policies", section "User Properties - General" on page 238.
Also check if the DN (Distinguished Name) in the certificate corresponds to the one given for this user. Use the printcert.sh script in the bin directory of the DBP to determine the DN.
