artix upgrade from 5.5 to 5.6.4

could you please let me know steps involved in upgrading from artix 5.5 to Artix 5.6.4?

could it be simply done with library installation or would require a recompilation of application?

    Depends on the type of application.

    Do you have an Artix 5.5 JAX-RPC based application, Java or C ?
    Or do you have an Artix 5.5 JAX-WS based Java application?

    Migrating an application from Artix 5.5 to 5.6.x requires more than simply installing the libraries.

    Most of the processes are JAX-WS based Java application and some are in C .
    would it require recompilation of application?
    what are the steps involved in Artix upgrade from 5.5 to 5.6.4?
    Also can you provide us patch for 1-2 processes that are using JAX-RPC.
