Knowledge Doc: Public Key Authentication Fails When Connecting to RSIT Windows Server

When configuring public key authentication the configuration is known to be good and the public and private key are known to work on other systems, but the authentication still fails.

Examining the RSIT server debug log there maybe an error reporting the authorization file on the server cannot be accessed or file not found.
