You may be notified by Micro Focus (now Open Text) that a Service Pack or Update for Reflection Desktop is available for you. You will find the files on the Micro Focus download site at Build, Operate, & Secure Enterprise Software | Micro Focus. This site requires you to login and have access to your company's software entitlements. See Here for more information.
Once you are are logged on to the Software Download site, select "Downloads"
From the Product drop down select "Reflection Desktop"
From the Product Name drop down select "Reflection Desktop <there may be a longer title depending on your entitlement>"
From the Version drop down, select the version you wish to download. (e.g. "17.0.1")
**Make sure the Major version "17.0" in this case matches the version you have installed.
Find the Service Pack or Update Updates (such as "Reflection Desktop 17.0 Service Pack 1 Update 1") that you wish to install and click the "Download" link
This downloads a self-extracting executable that will install over the currently installed software.
If you do not have the software installed, you will need to download the full release from the Software Download site:
From the Product drop down select "Reflection Desktop"
From the Product Name drop down select "Reflection Desktop <there may be a longer title depending on your entitlement>"
From the Version drop down, select the Major version you wish to download. (e.g. "17.0.0")
Find the Full Release you can find "Full Release" under the Category (such as "Reflection Desktop 17.0") that you wish to install and click the "Download" link
This downloads a self-extracting executable that will install the Reflection Desktop software.
Once you have the Full Release version installed, you can install the Service Pack or Update over the full release software.
->Reflection Desktop Full Releases are noted by the Category of "Full Release"
->Reflection Desktop Service Packs or Updates are noted by the Category of "Service Pack" or "Update" and will denote the version of the software they should be applied to.
