Juan,
The "DServer.def" file is a simple text file, which, contains information about the installed product. This information is not specific to a particular installation, however, so you can use one from any other version 12 Data Server installation.
Below is a link to download the "DServer.def" file from my installation directory:
You should be able to copy this file into your installation directory(C:\Program Files (x86)\Liant\Relativityv12) to replace the missing one.
**As a note, you do not have to uninstall the Relativity Data Server from a machine before it can be installed on a new system. Therefore, please let me know if you have any issues installing the Relativity Data Server on the new system.

To close up the second part of this discussion, where the uninstall was failing with "the parameter is incorrect", please see https://community.microfocus.com/cobol/rmcobol/f/forumid-21/509894/relativity-server-uninstall-failed-on-liantuninstallfirewallexceptions . The "parameter is incorrect" error was caused by a breaking change in the Windows 10 Firewall API -- broken either by a Windows 10 update, although it's possible that the Symantec Firewall introduced this issue as we only encountered it on one particular system that had Symantec/Norton installed. To work around this, we made a change in the Data Server installer for version 12.16, and a customer has confirmed that using 12.16 to uninstall 12.15 allows the uninstall to finish. Later versions should also work.
