RMCOBOL support contract

Hello, I am trying to purchase a contract from RMCOBOL support to reinstall my software on a new HD, have been impossible, I am on Puerto Rico, been working via Mex. Any way to get this service via E.U. I have been working via email, without any solution, please needs help.. Thanks
