I rececieved the below error message:

Sorry for the trouble. The activation server is currently down, but we expect to have it running again shortly.
In the meantime, please edit your post and remove or obfuscate your license number and serial number.

Thank you for your reply. When do you think the problem will be solved as i have urgent matter.
We expect this to be resolved within a few hours -- it's a data center hardware issue. We do understand the urgency. Unfortunately, this is not my area of expertise, but have you tried calling supportline to see if they can issue you an activation code?

but i received the following message

The problem with the activation code did not solved yet.
Can somebody tell me please if this a problem of RMCOBOL-RUNTIME 12.06 ? If i order the new version
the problem will be solve?

The licensing server hardware problem has not been fixed -- it is being worked on, but I can't give you a time. Please call supportline and they should be able to issue you a license that does not depend on the licensing server. All RM versions 8 and later are affected, but I suspect you're doing an initial installation as normally, the server being unavailable for a few days is not a problem.

The activation server is currently running. It may be going up and down for the next several hours as an additional problem is resolved. I'll post again when it's up for good.

I just tried and still returns the error.
Christos what you can do is talk with Support or create a ticket into the support system under Licensing type and send the license veryfication info so they can return the activation code. We have done that for a customer and we are working in a similar situation for three other customers.
