Support for TLS 1.3 in Rumba+ Desktop

Rumba+ Desktop has two choices for the “Security Service Provider”; the Rumba Security Service (RSS) and the Reflection Security Component (RSC); with the default value of RSS selected.

When using the Rumba Security Service (RSS) in version 10.1 and higher, the product supports TLS 1.3.   Currently TLS 1.3 support using the Rumba Security Service (RSS) is only available on Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022.

When using the Reflection Security Component (RSC), in version 10.1 and higher, the Rumba+ Desktop product fully supports TLS 1.3.
