Visual Cobol with Visual studio

Dear Chris,

Windows 10.
Versión Visual Cobol      : vcvs2015_23.   32 bits.
Versión Visual Studio 2015: vs2015.pro_esn. 32 bits.

Please any Help will be  Great

  • Hi Pedro,

Sorry to hear about the difficulty you are having. One thing you might try is to rerun the installer you used to install Visual COBOL for Visual Studio 2017. I believe that when the installer is invoked, it will notice that the product is installed, and prompt you whether you'd like to do a Repair or uninstall.

If for some reason you don't get the Repair/Uninstall dialog, please cancel the install. If you do get the Repair/Uninstall dialog, please try doing a Repair. Please note that doing a Repair can be a lengthy process, and typically requires a reboot after the Repair is completed.

Please let us know how the Repair attempt goes, and whether this resolves the problem you are having.
