Knowledge Doc: PC_PRINTER_SET_POSITION fails with error 31 when printing from managed programs

Using new-x = 900 and new-y = 300 with PC_PRINTER_SET_POSITION returns 31 in managed while it returns zero in native. If new-x is reduced to 300, then it returns zero.
