Knowledge Doc: Oracle ADO.NET Data Providers do not appear in the ADO.NET Connection Editor

After installing the Oracle Data Provider (ODP.NET) 19c product files, the Oracle Data Providers still do not show in the Visual COBOL ADO.NET Connection Editor.
