Knowledge Doc: License manager failed to launch - Unable to load ceswrapper.dll or ceswrapper64.dll

The license manager was successfully installed with the 32-bit setup lmsetupx86.msi or the 64-bit one lmsetupx64.msi, but the license manager fails to launch on some machines even if the DLL mentioned below resides in the Licensing folder.

For the 32-bit license manager, the error message says "Unable to load DLL 'ceswrapper.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"

For the 64-bit license manager, the error message says "Unable to load DLL 'ceswrapper64.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"
