Knowledge Doc: Eclipse (Windows) freezes when viewing a COBOL source file

Opening a COBOL file in Eclipse, scrolling through a COBOL file, or searching the file causes Eclipse to become unresponsive. The only way to close Eclipse is to end the  eclipse.exe process with Task Manager.
