We are using GMS 2-1.1 and GroupWise 2014 SP2.A user's eDirectory and GroupWise account was renamed.The old account worked 100% on GMS.The old account was deleted from the GroupWise mobile server.When I tried to add the new account on GMS, the old account appears with the new LDAP details.
I then add it but it stays failed, even affer reinitialize it.The user can login to eDir. and GroupWise without any problems.I then used dsapp to remove the account, and adding it again with the same issue.
It seems that the old account can't get removed.Is there another way of removing the old account from GMS ?
