New appointment auto insert location place field

To whom it may concern

We picked up the following when scheduling a appointment.

If you do a booking for a boardroom ( resource ) for instance, in GroupWise 2014 it does not insert a location in the Place:field.But in GroupWise 8 it will insert a location in the Place:field.I just want to confirm anyone using GroupWise 2014 SP2 is experiencing the same issue, and if yes, what can we do to fix the problem.

If you do the following in GroupWise 8 :

1. Click on the New > Appointment button.
2. Address the Appointment message by entering the Resource’s name* in the To: field. GroupWise will automatically insert your name in the field to add
this appointment to YOUR calendar.
3. It is NOT necessary to insert a location in the Place: field.
