Edit signature before sending

I've noticed the signature is now inserted as an image (or something like that).
On 2012 I was able to edit the signature before I sent the mail (i.e. delete the direct telephone number).
Is it still possible to make such a temporary edit of the signature in 2014? How :-)

Thanks

The signature is appended as whatever format you created it, likely
text unless you added some graphics to it as well. But no, the option
to get a dialog after hitting send which prompts you as to whether or
not add the signature isn't there. However you can still make an edit
from the compose screen. Expand the slide-out on the right side of the
compose window, find your signature in the list, and then click the
pencil icon next to it. This will allow you to edit your signature and
the change will take effect immediately. Note, this is a permanent
edit of the signature, not a temporary one. If you just need the edit
one time then you'll need to change your signature back.

As Joseph explained, there is no temporary edit.
But you can create a second signature containing the desired entries.

It makes no sense, to change parts of the mail, as they intended to be
    fixed.
