Connection refused

Hi,

we upgraded our Gw System to GroupWise 2014 and now the Mobility Service can't reach the soap port of this system.

There ia a trusted application in the poa agents definiton and soap enabled with default port 7191.

When trying to reach the port using telnet or in a web browser it always says "connection refused"

On our Linux system there is no firewall running....

Any ideas what goes wrong there ?

Bye

Connection refused explicitly means, for a default SLES system, that the
firewall is not blocking access to the socket; if it was blocking, nothing
would come back at all as the default firewall prevents ICMP responses
about the connection being refused. This confirms your firewall is
misconfigured (by not running) but at least not in the way. It also
basically means that the next step of running 'ss' (or netstat) to see if
the socket is listening is redundant since it would not return this
message if something was listening there:

    sudo /usr/sbin/ss -planeto | grep :7191

Since GW isn't listening, you probably need to post in the GW forum to
figure out what needs to happen to get the listener working for you.

I would try disabling SOAP in the POA, restart the POA, reenable SOAP,
    restart the POA again.
