Is that the stand alone GWCheck that you've tried? What version of it
were you running? What version of the C1 snapins were you using. Perhaps
even confirming the build of the POA running the PostOffice in question.

Are the users you tried actually in the PostOffice in question and can be
logged into? It will have be the GroupWise ID name, not the eDir one as
    they can be different.

When did this start? What sort of change triggered this? Such as just some
deleted users, or since an upgrade or migration?

Is this a single PostOffice system or do you have multiples?
What OS are you hosting this PostOffice on?

  • Occurs with both GWCheck and C1
C1 and GWcheck versions are both SP3
All POAs adn Domains are SP3
All users are functional and can be looged into (they all have GW
    passwords)
This is a multiple Domain / PO setup

I suspect that this has been going on for a while ... (a year or more).

All othe Library checks seem to be ok

  • I believe I've resolved it

The PO which hosts the libraries has no users in it

I added a user to that PO and then ran the GWcheck re-assigning the
    docs to that user

That would do it. I didn't think the GWcheck process could do anything
with users in other POs. So now you have a "Librarian" account that
should be able to do the cross PO assignments now.
Very good and thank you for letting us know about this, now anyone
searching in the future will benefit from this.

  • That Library does have Librarian accounts from 2 other POs but I guess
that wouldn't do it - I guess it need a local Librarian
